The GOP reversing course on gutting the ethics office is not cause for us to get comfortable. It is cause for us to realize our voices have power. Our voices have merit, and when we use them, our voices can push back against the GOP. Take heart, celebrate today’s win, then get right back to it. They’re not going to stop, so neither should we.
The very minute they start talking healthcare in this Congress, call your Republican reps’ offices and demand an explanation for why they’re trying to kill you. They’ll notice.
