Listen, if you have the mental spoons, please read this article because it’s going to help you mentally and emotionally navigate.The takeaway in my opinion is really interesting, scary, but for me oddly reassuring because of what it is: these political tactics are so bold and devious and they mimic mind control via forced confusion and gaslighting. It’s not an assault on democracy- that’s really missing the point: it’s an assault on reality. On your minds. On your ability to trust what’s real.
